How is the meat shipped?

We use a combination of Ground and Air shipping to ensure your order arrives safely and on time. Shipments go out Monday through Thursday to guarantee weekday delivery. Your meat is packed in a durable cooler with gel packs and dry ice to keep it cold throughout transit. While it typically arrives frozen, some thawing is completely normal and the meat can be safely refrozen. We’ve conducted extensive thermal testing to ensure our packaging keeps your order safe and secure.
